The Mining Guild is situated in Falador below Falador's Eastern bank.
To enter the guild you must have a mining level of 60 or greater.
You can also enter the guild at level 59 with the aid of a Dwarven Stout which temporarily raises your mining and smithing levels by one, while lowering your attack, defense and strength, or at level 58 with the aid of a Dwarven Stout (m) which will raise your mining and smithing levels by two along with the acompaning decrease in attack, defense, and strength.
The Stout is not required on the way out, however; you may leave no matter what your level is. Just climb down the ladder to enter the guild and climb up to exit it, you can also go in and out using the door north of in the Mining Guild.
On the inside you will see 37 Coal Rocks scattered around the guild. Towards the south-east corner of the guild, as shown in the map, you will also see 5 Mithril Rocks.
The guild is also accessible through the Dwarven Mines. Past the King Scorpions, there is a door leading into the Mining Guild, which also requires 60 Mining to pass through. There is no mining level requirement to exit the Mining Guild through either this door or the ladder.
Also watch out for the random events, Swarms can hurt you and are indestructable, also a Rock golem can appear and attack you whilst mining, so be careful folks. |
